The Kakamega county youth agripreneurs association-KCYAA's geographical coverage is Kakamega County. We reach farmers through community based engagements and recruitments.
The Direct beneficiaries of KCYAA programmes are grassroot youth farmers and all other value chain players who meet, share knowledge and sell products on our social platforms

Youth mentors Training
15 of our youth mentors successfully completed an ILO training that covered the following topics in agribusiness ;Record keeping ,Marketing & Communication
Advocacy & Sensitization
Within one and a half years of operation, KCYAA has recruited 350 youth farmer‘s across the 13 sub-counties of Kakamega.
Awards
During the ASK Kakamega branch show 2019, KCYAA emerged the second best stand in youth category for youth empowerment and advocacy issues
Alliance Building & Partnership
Through the social networks like whatsapp, twitter, lnstagram and facebook, we have reached both national and n‹aw seeking international partnership through EU registration. We have brought industry players closer to the youth like marketers who find it easy to offtake produce from our farmers.
We also partner with Royal media services and TV47 whereby our youth farmers are frequently interviewed and as a result gain national marketing of their produce.
